Spend and billed value on the dashboard, a Pull requests report, and more
Agent spend and billed value beside your hours
The dashboard's hours card used to show hours with no cost beside them. It now adds Agent spend, with spend per human hour, and Billed, what the hours in view are worth at your sell rates.
- Billed is an exact slice of the budget figure, so the two agree to the cent.
- If some hours have no rate, the amount is a floor. If none do, it reads
—, which isn't the same as nothing billed. - Agent spend that came with no dollar figure reads unpriced, never $0.00.
- Spend and billed value sit side by side and are never combined. Agent spend is a cost to a model provider, and it's never taken out of a budget or a margin.
Under the hours, billed value is drawn as a running total. On the team tab with one budgeted project selected, it starts from what the project had already used and draws the budget line across it, so you can see the day it's crossed.
Every figure against the previous period, and a view per developer
Each figure on the card shows its change against the previous period of the same length, and names that period. A change from an empty previous period isn't shown as +100%.
On the team tab, By developer swaps the chart for a table: hours, change, active days, agent runtime, agent spend and spend per human hour, sorted by hours, with the team median underneath. It also shows each developer's median pull request size and hours per merged pull request.
One ticket ledger
The Features tab and the AI agents tab now share one table: project and ticket, human hours, agent runtime, agent spend, per human hour, agent commits out of all commits, lines changed, and the pull request that delivered the ticket with its state and cycle time. Ticket rows always add up to their project's agent figures.
A Pull requests report
Reports → Summary → Pull requests lists every pull request behind the delivery card: title, author, state, when it was opened, cycle time, hours, commits, lines and complexity. Every dashboard card now has an Open in report link that keeps your date range and projects.
A period now covers the pull requests that finished in it, merged or closed, plus those opened in it and still open. Before, a range could read "Merged 0" next to a chart showing two merges.
Fixes & improvements
- The delivery card shows merged pull requests as a strip, with bars per day, a running total and the median.
- The AI agents report has agent spend per day, and filters by agent and by model that narrow each other.
- A Hide amounts toggle masks every currency figure on the dashboard, for when you're presenting.
- A new Permissions page shows who sees what, by role.
- Archiving a project now checks that you're allowed to on the server: an owner or admin of the organisation, or the creator of a personal project.
- The setup step about commits arriving for an unattached repository names the repository, and links to the delivery history.
- A report tab that failed to load shows the error and a retry, rather than "No pull requests in this period".
- Review columns are hidden where no review has ever reached your repositories, rather than filled with dashes.
- Cards keep their titles while they load, and a range with nothing in it shows one quiet card instead of three empty ones.
- The dashboard fits a phone screen, even with long model names.
On the blog: One worktree per agent thread, on going from 8 to 45 merged pull requests a week.
