Agent sessions that did nothing stay out of the count

Claude Code re-sends its running totals every minute while a window is open, even when nothing is happening. Clocktopus now ignores an export that carries nothing new, and does less work for one that does.

• An export with a session id and no activity, such as a headless process that exits without doing anything, no longer creates an agent session.
• clocktopus agent status no longer counts sessions with no hook, activity or spend.

Fixes & improvements

• A push no longer fails when a commit message longer than 500 characters has an emoji right where it's cut. Task titles and descriptions are cut the same safe way.
• clocktopus agent setup updates an installed Claude Code plugin to the CLI's version. This release ships CLI 0.8.1.
• The npm package, the CLI docs and the site header link to the CLI's source, blastin-dev/clocktopus-cli.
